1. All items must be received by Loveetha in order for a customer to be eligible for a refund or replacement. You shall ensure that the Product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the Product back to you.
2. Last date of return shipping:7 days from date of delivery.We will not be able to accept returns if dispatched after 7 days from date of delivery.
3. It is of utmost importance that the items do not get damaged on their return shipping. For Jewellery, please use cotton, bubble wrap, paper or foam to do some kind of padding around the product. For Apparel, please cover the package in polythene plastic and return it in an envelope to avoid damage due to rain. Clothes and jewellery must not be used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way.

- Click on the order number that you want to return/refund
- Click “RETURN MY ENTIRE ORDER”
- Enter valid reason and click submit
- Click “MY REFUND REQUESTS” to view refund status
5. The cost of return shipping will be covered by Loveetha. Once the refund is approved ,send the item to us via POS Laju . Send us the shipping receipt and tracking code via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will refund the return shipping cost to your bank account.
6. Options after Return:
You can choose to do one of the following
1. Request a replacement, either the same item or a different item from the website
2. Request a coupon code of same value for purchase later on the website. Using the coupon code, you can select anything on the website upto the returned value.
3. Request a refund. We will do a direct refund to your bank account.Kindly provide us your bank account details.
